According to the national statutory unit inspection certificate, the spherical nickel hydroxide products produced using this result have reached the international advanced level in terms of physical and chemical properties and electrochemical performance. The product has been tested and approved by well-known domestic and foreign companies such as Matsushita Electric Co., Ltd. and purchased in bulk. With this technology, 20 300t/a high-performance spherical nickel hydroxide continuous production lines have been built, with an accumulated production capacity of 6,000t/a. As of July 2005, the cumulative total production value has exceeded 1 billion yuan, and foreign exchange earned has reached 8 million. The dollar has achieved great economic and social benefits.
