1.Product Material: aluminum alloy, zinc alloy and copper alloy.

2.Aluminum gravity casting is made by permanent mold,then machining and T6 heat treatment process.OEM order is accepted.

3.Software for drawing: pro/E, auto CAD, UG, CAD, PDF and solid works 2008 flow analysis

4.Further machining work: turning, cutting, milling, grinding, drilling, reaming and threading
Surface finish process: polishing shot blasting, chromate plating, power coated and anodizing

5.OEM and ODM parts range: auto parts, electronic parts, furniture parts, home appliance and other industrial uses

6.Processes: CAD service, metal processing, surface plating, QC testing and packing
Made according to customer's drawings, specifications and samples

7.Casting capacity: 200 to 500 tons/month
8. Surface Treatment: Shot blasting,chrome plating, sandblasting, painting, anodizing, powder coating,      electrophoresis,polishing.

8. Whole process is done in house including: Tooling, Die casting, Sand casting, Gravity casting, CNC machining, CNC milling, Stamping, Plastic injection, Painting and powder coating, Customized Sub-assembly.
