Mixing Tank mainly made of stainless steel, used for mixing different liquid together.
Also, you can use this mixing tanks to mix liquid and power to make a mixture.
Mixing tanks can be with different mixing speed. Such as 36rpm, 60rpm fixed mixing speed.
But due to some production reqeust, you may need the mixing tanks with variable speed, such as 8 to 140rpm, 40 to 200rpm
mixing speed, or 200 to 1000 rpm mixing speed. In special reqeust, we can use VFD to meet your
special mixing speed request.







 

Our factory can produce double Shaft Multifunctional Mixing Tank, Vacuum Mixing Vessel, single shaft Mixing Vessel .All joints and inside is mirror finished without any dead angle and cleaned easily. 

It consists of shell , nozzles , head with the configurations of agitator, double face mechanical sealing .The mixing tank can be produced for the operate pressure from 0-10 barg  or more .

3, advanced homogenizing system imported from USA ROSS Company, the homogenizer is in the bottom to ensure homogenizing material even with small productivity. The sealing adopts recycled water cooling system and can work long time, conquer homogenizing problem regarding to high viscosity materials. A frequency conversion speed adjustment controller to satisfy kinds of complicate ingredients (Emulsifying capacity 3 times per minute) upper homogenizer as option to work with upper homogenizing and emulsifying so that the material emulsifying effect is better; product is more bright and luminous.
