Introduction of Weighing Platform
The platform features an enclosed construction with six U-shaped beams. Compared to traditional I-beam structures, this design offers two main advantages: it prevents internal corrosion and enhances structural rigidity due to the 12 support lines provided by the six U-beams. Additionally, the platform's surface is coated with epoxy zinc-rich primer as the first layer, which provides corrosion protection and reduces chalking, followed by a marine-grade acrylic paint that is resistant to acid, alkali, and scratches.
