1. The machine is used to produce PVC, PA, PP, PE, EVA single wall corrugated pipes, diameter-changeable corrugated pipe, medical use breathing loop pipe etc;

3. Features of single wall corrugated pipe plastic extruding manufacturing machinery: 


(1) Corrugated pipe forming machine is of closing structure, it could supply vacuum forming also;

(2) Forming die module adopts excellent quality alloy steel, it moves reciprocatingly through gear transmission in a complete-closed forming tunnel.

(3) Forming tunnel is of interlayer / sandwich design, die module is cooled forcedly and evenly through cooling water;

(4) Forming die strip is made of rigid alloy steel, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant;
there is no connection among the forming die modules, thus shortens time for changing specification.
