Mould parts regular maintenance for mould's lifespan effect mostly.The the question is: how do we do the maintenance job while using the parts?

Step 1. Make sure you have a vacuum machine to clear the scrap automatically and regularly, if the scrap clearned well, the broken rate on punch pin will be smaller.

Step 2.Make sure the density of the oil is correct, not too sticky or attenuate.

Step 3. If punch die and die edge have wear issue should stop using, and grinding in time , otherwise it will wear rapidly expanding edge of the mold, and reduce the lifespan of mould and parts.

Step 4. Ensure the life of the mold, the spring also should regularly replaced, prevent spring will damage and affect the use of mold.

3. The surface finished include: 
Hardness anodizing black/clear, steel oxidizing dark-blue, electro-polishing, electroless nickel plating, silver plating, golden plating etc. 
4. OEM&ODM are welcomed. 
5. Packing: Wooden cases, carton or on requirement. 
6. Main equipment: 
Machining center, CNC, Lathe, Turning machine, Milling machine, Drilling machine, Internal and external grinding machine, Cylindrical grinding machine, Tapping drilling machine, Wire cutting machine etc. 
7. Testing facility: Coordinate measuring machine, projector, roughness tester, hardness tester, concentricity tester. Height tester, 
8. Part size: Diameter from 0.5mm to 150mm
9. Tolerance: +/-0.02mm

1,soft foam to prevent the surface being scratched in one small carboard boxes, several small boxes in one larger hard carboard with fills to avoid a slope, besides hard carboard is easy to load and transport
