1. The lifter is designed for semi-automatic operation, to achieve gripping, lifting, moving and placing materials to specific location by a serial of process setting, driven by compressed air.
2. The entire lifter consists of slide-type pillar jib crane, cylinder hoist device, vacuum gripping device, and pneumatic rotating device and safety protection system.
3. The entire system consist of vacuum system for sucking the materials and pneumatic system for handling and moving the materials.
4. The vacuum system is composed of vacuum generating parts (vacuum generator, muffler, and filter), vacuum pads, vacuum pressure switch, vacuum modulator and other connecting parts.
5. The main vacuum components adopt of SMC and FESTO brand and other imported parts.
6. Vacuum automatic compensation system can sense and stop generating vacuum when vacuum reaches the setting value, while it can sense and restart generating vacuum when vacuum do not reach the setting value. This system is not only just to save energy, but also the most important to make the working more safer.
7. The pneumatic vacuum lifter is applicable for lifting and handling glass, marble, plastic boards, metal sheets, coated boards and other plates.
