  process of soldering, tin dipping in the solder pot, laser marking, and carving, printing, etc.

4 It has a triple-filter system:
    1) Pre-filter: The large size pad filter can filter large particles of dust;
   2) Middle filter: It filters the bigger powders for prolonging the main filter's life;
   3) Main filter: It includes HEPA(high effeciency) filter and gas filter. The HEPA cleans the gas and powders filtering from the pre-filter and then carry them to the gas filter, which with the carbon and other chemical combination, filters off the deleterious substance and then outputs the clean air.
Working Principle
1. The vacuum pressure air flowing the blower generates enters the purifying chamber through the suction arm or pipe.
2. The dust contained gas is purified in the purifying chamber through the separation of the filter cartridge.
3. Through different ways of cleaning (manual cleaning or automatic cleaning) make the ash cake of accumulating in the surface of the filter

4. After cleaning , the clean air through the air duct is exhausted out by blower.

*F8 class bag filter comprised by non-woven fabrics full-thickness adhesive, can be adsorbed middling particles in the air to avoid main filter is blocked.
*Main filter consists of efficient HEPA element, in independent tests, these filters remove 99.997% of all particles above 0.3 microns and 95% down to 0.01 micron.
*Gas filter layer formed by the chemical materials can effectively remove harmful gases and pungent odor in the air.
