Metal Separator
The BH series metal separators are highly sensitive and accurate in detecting and removing metal contaminants such as steel, iron, copper, aluminum, lead, tin, and more. The device works by using an electrical detector that sends a signal to the control board when metal impurities pass through it, triggering the valve to discharge the contaminated material. This pneumatic system is compact and ensures reliable performance. It can be directly installed on injection molding machines or extruder hoppers to protect the machine’s screw from damage caused by hard metals, thus reducing damage to molds, hot nozzles, and valves.
