The “High Performance Multiphase Combined Silicon Carbide Kiln†project implemented by Ningxia Xiecheng Metallurgical Products Co., Ltd. was identified as the “Torch Plan Project†by the Science and Technology Department of the Autonomous Region, and was awarded the “Technology SME Innovation Fund†for free. After several years of research, researchers have tried nearly 100 combinations to develop a complex phase combined with silicon carbide kiln furniture. The kiln furniture has been recognized by customers for its advantages of good thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, high mechanical strength, thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance, and has been used by several large ceramic manufacturers in China. At present, the company has an annual production capacity of 2,400 tons of silicon carbide granules and micro-powder production line, and an annual production capacity of 400 tons of multi-phase combined silicon carbide kiln furniture production line.
