(2) No-load test run. Turn on the cooling water system and the circulating oil system (with forced air to open the fan) and debug it normally. Start the motor instantaneously according to the electrical operation rules, check whether the moving parts of the motor and compressor are abnormal, and check whether the sound, temperature, vibration and speed of each part are abnormal. No abnormality can be continuously operated for 8h~12h. Its oil pressure, bearing temperature rise and metal packing temperature should reach the range of required control.
