Now, after completing your 3D design in FreeCAD, you can place an order on PCBWay with just a single click. The process is quick and straightforward—once you upload your files, you can instantly add them to your cart and proceed with the order.

FreeCAD will automatically send the step files to PCBWay. After uploading, simply click "Save to Cart" to place your order immediately. Our team of engineers will review the files before starting the production to ensure everything meets the required standards.

Install the Plugin via FreeCAD’s Official Tools

To install the PCBWay plugin, go to the “Tools” menu, select “Addon Manager,” and choose “PCBWay” from the list. Click install, and you’re all set to start ordering directly from FreeCAD.

Manual Installation Instructions

If you prefer a manual installation, you can download the latest version of the plugin from GitHub. Once downloaded, navigate to the “Macro” section in FreeCAD, place the Python file in the appropriate directory, and click “Execute” to run the plugin.
