In order to respond to the national energy conservation and emission reduction call, Anhui Quanchai Power Co., Ltd. has introduced internationally advanced diesel engine design technology, learned to master vehicle engine calibration technology, and developed the 4B1-88C40 diesel engine for vehicles that meets the national five emission standards.
This product adopts international advanced electronically controlled high pressure common rail, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), supercharged intercooling, post-processing (DOC+POC), on-board diagnostic system (OBD) and other technologies, and the body and cylinder head of the diesel engine. The cooling system has been optimized. Through the implementation of this project, Quanchai trained its own design and calibration engineers, further enhancing the company's ability to independently innovate.
