On August 17th, the Shenyang Blower Group and the United States General Electric (GE) Oil & Gas Group signed a memorandum of cooperation in Shenyang. The two parties will jointly participate in the manufacture and bidding of the compressor group for the ethylene project of China Petrochemical Industry.
Shengu is the first professional manufacturer of fan compressors in China and is currently the largest general machinery production base in China. In 1976, Sun Drum was awarded the world's most advanced set of centrifuge technology for the new Pilon company in Italy. GE, a leading manufacturer of key equipment for the global oil and gas industry, acquired the new Billund company and continued to cooperate with GE. On the basis of digesting and mastering GE's centrifugal compressor fan design machines and fan design and manufacturing, Shengu has achieved large-scale centrifugal compression in key national engineering fields such as large-scale oil refining, chemical fertilizers, ethylene, air separation, coal chemical, and long-distance pipelines. The localization of machine products has provided advanced equipment technologies for domestic petrochemical enterprises such as one million tons of ethylene and ten million tons of oil refining.
It is reported that the current domestic market share of major equipment such as centrifugal compressors, oil pipeline pumps, hydrogenation, defoaming pumps, and reciprocating compressors produced by Shen Drum is over 80%.
