A fastener manufacture founded in 1973. Dragon Iron Group devotes itself to the manufacture and sales of fasteners, hardware parts, forging and machine parts for Auto and other industries. 
Dragon Group has its headquarter, Dragon Iron Enterprise, in A Lien, Taiwan. 
Lockey Industrial Co., Ltd. set up in 2003 in Dongguan City to be the Foreign Sales Department of the group. Our plant was established in Jingjiang City. In that way, we can easily export our products .

What's the delivery time?

Composite Nylon Plastics Material ABS

Glass fiber reinforced ABS composite material is based on ABS resin as the main body, and a suitable amount of surface-treated glass fiber is added to the twin-screw extruder to prepare a new type of thermoplastic.

Glass fiber reinforced ABS composite not only maintains the mechanical, electrical, thermal, and processing properties of the original material, but also has the following advantages:

1) Has a higher elastic modulus,

2) Material stiffness is greatly improved;

3) The heat distortion temperature is significantly increased, the use temperature range and application fields are expanded,

4) The coefficient of linear expansion is significantly reduced,

5) The molding shrinkage rate is significantly reduced, and the dimensional stability of the product is enhanced.

The ABS plastic reinforced by glass fiber has an increase in bending strength and tensile strength by 2-3 times, a heat distortion temperature of 10-15°C higher than pure ABS, a reduction of molding shrinkage by 1/4-1/2, and weather resistance. Pure ABS plastic has improved.ABS 25GF composite material.
