Q: Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It’s only 30 minutes from Baiyun International Airport. Here are the ways to reach us:

1. We can pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Guangzhou.

2. You can take a taxi.

3. Take metro Line 3 to Longgui Station, exit from Gate B2, and we will meet you there.

 

Q: Can you do custom branding and design? Is there an extra cost?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM services are available without any additional charges. You can send us your designs in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or share your ideas, and our designers will create the packaging for you.

 

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: There is no MOQ for our GL brand products.

For private brands and custom designs, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.

 

Q: Can I get free samples? How?

A: Yes, we offer free samples up to 5 units. However, due to their hazardous nature, samples are sent through special agents. New customers must cover the shipping cost, which will be deducted from future orders. It's recommended to pay via Western Union for safety and speed. Once we receive the payment, samples will be shipped via TNT, DHL, or EMS within 5–7 days.

 

Q: How long does production take?

A: It takes about 25–30 days for one 20ft container.

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Payment terms are as follows:

1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.

2. T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
