Among them, the Hebei wholesale price of diesel 6,915 yuan / ton, and the national retail price of 7,215 yuan / ton, there is just a difference of 300 yuan / ton, which reached the wholesale price ceiling. According to the "Oil Prices Management Measures (Trial)", the highest wholesale prices of gasoline and diesel sold by retailers of refined oil products to retail companies are contractually agreed upon by the supplier to be distributed to retail enterprises, and the provincial-level price authority shall set the maximum retail price per Ton deduction of 300 yuan OK.

Huang Shunjing said that due to the tight supply of refineries over time, supply is tight, and the current overall refining capacity in China is surplus.
