At the end of 2011, the Steel Research Institute of Automotive and Home Appliances of the Iron and Steel Research Institute of Angang Group established a new generation of high-performance automotive steel R&D team, and jointly carried out the third with Angang Steelmaking General Steel Plant, hot-rolled strip mill and cold rolling mill. Under the cooperation of relevant units of Anshan Iron and Steel Group, Angang Steel's cold-rolled high-strength automobile board company and Hong Kong University, from the precise control of the alloying elements of the steel to the selection of the slag composition system, from the exploration of the continuous casting parameters to the slab Hot-packing, from the determination of coiling temperature to the preparation of pickling and cold-rolling, from the simulation of laboratory continuous retreat process to the execution of specific process parameters of the production line, a set of reasonable industrial production schemes has been designed for the successful trial production of QP1400 products. A solid foundation has been laid.
