(1) Bogies and wheel sets.
(2) The brake device works well and the horizontal line of the center of the coupler meets the standard.
(3) The handrails and ankles are all in good condition.
Special vehicles should be in good technical condition and their performance must meet the following requirements:
(1) The self-turning car body is in the right position, the car box is not inclined, and the turning device and the air moving system function well.
(2) The adjustment pressures of the safety valves for nitric acid, sulfuric acid and high pressure tankers shall not be less than 0.8kgf/cm2 (78.4kPa), 1.8kgf/cm2 (176.4kPa) and 18kgf/Cm2 (176KPa) respectively. More than 30%.
