WHOLE CORE FLAME RESISTANT CONVEYER BELT (PVC/PVG TYPE)
This type of conveyor belt is divided into two types: PVC and PVG. The PVC conveyor belt's top and bottom layers are PVC coating covers with single-sided tape thickness ≥1.0mm and slope angle <16°. The PVG conveyor belt's upper and lower layers are nitrile rubber and PVC, featuring TPE properties, with single-sided tape thickness from 1mm to 3mm and slope angle <20°.
Structure: Made from the whole core via dipping and plastifying in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dipping agent or sulfuration. It is fire retardant, ant-static, shock resistant, abrasion resistant, and corrosion resistant.
Application: For underground well haulage of coal mines and the conveyance of materials for metallurgical and chemical industries.

STEEL CORD CONVEYER BELT
General Steel Cord Conveyer Belt
It uses the new type steel cord as the tear-resistant element. It has high tension strength, small elongation, excellent troughability, and high flexibility, suitable for long-distance, large freight volume, and high-speed material conveying.
Tear Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt
On one side or two sides, vertical steel cables are evenly laid perpendicular to the lengthways steel cable, reinforcing layer of steel cable, steel cord, fabric, etc. It has excellent impact and tearing resistance performance.
Tear Resist Belt With Detector
It uses the new type steel cord as the tear-resistant element. Between the steel cord conveyor belts' core rubber and bottom cover, a phase shift sensor (coil) is built in at a certain distance lengthways. It gives out an alarm and stops running automatically whenever a tearing of the belt is detected or the belt runs abnormally and reaches the preset off speed.

HEAT RESISTANT CONVEYER BELT
Application
Heat resistant conveyor belts are mainly used to transport high temperature materials, such as sintering ore, hot coke, clinker, hat casting, etc.
Structure
EPDM or SBR as the covering layer rubber, and high modulus low shrinkage polyester or nylon canvas as the strong casing ply. This kind of belt can use the heat resistant woven glass fabric between the cover rubber and the layers to improve the working life of the belt.
