Basic Information
The water well Drilling rig model SIN-1000st is a truck mounted rig, with all its components (Including Diesel, gear box, transmission box, rotary table, hoist, dual hydraulic cylinder -feed mechanism of steel cable, mast, mud pump.Etc) are mounted on the " STEYR" or " HOWO" brand truck. The drilling rig is mainly mechanical driven. Most of the operating mechanism is hydraulic driven and the other part is mechanical driven.In addition to the main operating mode of rotary drilling by rotary table and mud.The drilling rig can be adapted other drilling if it is equipped drilling tool that is suitable for drilling through various strata such as clay, sand and matrix etc. At the beginning of boring, pressuring mechanism may be used for drill tool to effect pressuring drilling,thus promoting the efficiency of shallow-hole drilling.With the increased depth, when the weight of the drill tool is greater than the pressure required applying to the drill tool, the main hoisting system should be used to carry out reduced pressure drilling.

Main Characteristics And Applications
The drilling rig is equipped with a main hoist, a secondary hoist and a tool hoist. The main hoist is used for lifting or lowering of the drill tool, lowering of the well pipe. The secondary hoist is used for driving percussive earth excavator or other coring tool and sand reel to extract sands sample or core and silt in the well. The tool hoist is used for elevating the movable table and other tools to reduce physical labour.

Warranty and Commissioning:
6 months from shipment.Warranty covers main parts and components.The warranty does not cover consumable and wearing parts as:oils,fuels,gaskets,lamps,ropes,fuses and drilling tools.By our engineer at your jobsite for max 7 days as required.Who will erect and commission the equipment together with your staff and train your staff in the operation and maintenance of the equipment  Vise permits, accommodation and transport are to be provided by you. Provision of operator in excess of above period shall be governed by our General conditions for Secondment of personal.
