DESCRIPTION
The XINCHEN-D16 is a single turntable paper cup machine that utilizes a single turntable and cylinder indexing cam mechanism in its drive system. This design allows for faster operation and greater load capacity. We have also incorporated a batch lubrication device, which enhances the lifespan of the equipment and reduces maintenance time. The machine offers two options: one is an automatic counter and collector table, and the other is a paper feeding table. It is ideal for producing 2.5-16oz cold or hot paper cups.

PRODUCT DETAILS
Our machine features:
1). The main running chain has three ranges to ensure smooth and stable operation.
2). Between the three main turntables, we use gear transmission instead of chains, reducing wear and increasing efficiency.
3). The turntable is made of aluminum, which is lightweight and helps reduce mechanical wear.
4). Heaters are also made of aluminum, ensuring safety and preventing damage if the machine stops unexpectedly.
