Description: 
* Plastic PET/ PE PP bottles are all with adhesive labels around the bottles. Most of the labels are PVC labels.
* Bottle label remover machine complete change the previous way of removing the label by manual work. It greatly improves productivity and reduces labor intensity. 
* Its capacity is from 300kg/h to 6000kg/hr. Pet Bottle label remover machine either work independently or used in whole recycling line.
* When recycle waste PET/PE PP bottles, we need use label separator to remove the labels before crushing and washing to avoid the bottle flakes be mixed up with PVC labels.
* The labels removing rate can reach up to 95%, which will improve the capacity and the quality of final PET/PE PP flakes
 
Features:
1. Blades made by alloyed steel for durable use.
2. Blades fixed by screws on the rotor, easy to adjust and change.
3. Blades and friction gap can be automatically adjusted according to the size of bottles which achieving best label-peeling effect.
4. There are several individual small doors on both sides of the machine for easy open, which is convenient to clean and maintain the inside parts, saving time and labor cost.
5. Use the seal ball bearing with HRB brand.
6. Bearing house installed outside the machine no dirty goes inside.
7. The rotor feeder part with screw so no bottles pop out.
8. Machine is made by solid frame; there is visual window on the top easy to check inside and cleaning
9. The bottom with mesh to drain out liquid that contained in bottles.
