On the morning of January 10, 2019, Yang Weibo, head of the Peanut Research Group of the Coconut Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, led a team member of the Peanut Research Group to investigate the special demonstration base for tropical high-efficiency agriculture development in Hainan Province in Wenchang.
It is understood that in November 2017, Hainan started to resume the production of wasteland, and plans to resume 239,000 mu of wasteland production within three years. At present, the province is guiding farmers to plant high-efficiency crops such as banana, passion fruit, betel nut, rubber, peanut, sweet potato, mulberry sericulture, rice, melon and vegetables on the abandoned land. At present, there are nearly 600,000 mu of peanuts in Hainan Province, and the level of mechanization is very low. The industry is in urgent need of improvement and upgrading. According to the characteristics of abandoned land and high labor cost and low efficiency, the Institute of Coconut Research of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences has carried out research on related technologies of light and simplified cultivation of peanuts. The peanut planter, peanut segmented harvester and peanut joint are promoted in the demonstration base. Harvester, peanut dryer and other equipment, starting from the various aspects of peanut planting, continue to promote the intensive, mechanized and large-scale development of peanut planting, improve the yield and economic benefits of peanut planting, and help the re-cultivation of abandoned land in Hainan.

1. Breaking the traditional cross-flow technology and adopting the reverse mixed-flow drying process to improve the drying rate, thermal efficiency and energy consumption;
2. The drying section adopts the variable angle box technology to ensure the balance of air temperature, air volume and wind pressure before and after the corner box to ensure more uniform grain drying;
3, using the induced draft fan + cyclone dust removal design, making the dry environment more clean;
4. Adopt C-type hoist free-falling, low-speed lifting design + bottom belt conveying design to reduce the grain breakage caused by grain return and collision;
5. Use the reciprocating motion of the trolley to freely discharge the grain design to reduce the grain breakage caused by the grain discharge;
6. Adopt adaptive control system, real-time monitoring and control of moisture and temperature to match the grain drying process.
