Cryogenic Reciprocating Pump for Gas Station

The working principle of a centrifugal cryogenic liquid pump is the same as that of a centrifugal pump. The centrifugal pump relies on the rotating impeller to work on the liquid and transfers the mechanical energy of the original motive to the liquid. When filled with liquid in the pump work, due to the high speed rotating impeller, the liquid centrifugal force generated in the impeller under driven liquid flow from the impeller to the export in the import process, pressure and speed are increased, and then in the diffuser and indoor speed can be further transformed into pressure energy output. A brief summary: the working principle of centrifugal pump is that when the centrifugal pump works, it depends on the pressure difference between the pump and the pump, and continuously suck the liquid into the pump, and the liquid can get kinetic energy by rotating the impeller at high speed, and the liquid kinetic energy can be changed into pressure energy by diffuser tube or guide vane. The reciprocating cryogenic pump is similar to the reciprocating compressor, and is a kind of volumetric compression machine. It is a reciprocating motion of the piston (Zhu Sai) in the working chamber of the liquid cylinder, which makes the volume of the working cavity periodically change to achieve the whole process of suction - compression - drainage.

When the piston (Zhu Sai) moves to the right, the volume of the pump cylinder increases, and the pressure decreases. When the liquid pressure in the inlet pipe is greater than the pressure in the pump cylinder, the suction valve opens and the liquid flows into the pump cylinder. When the crank rotates 180 DEG, the piston moves to the left (Zhu Sai), the volume of the pump cylinder decreases, because the liquid is incompressible fluid, so the pressure will rise rapidly, when the pressure rose to can open the discharge liquid high pressure liquid through the discharge valve discharge, a working cycle is the reciprocating liquid pump. [1]

It can be seen that the flow of the reciprocating pump is pulsating and discontinuous. The frequency of the pulsation is determined by the speed of the speed. The discharge pressure of reciprocating pump is determined by pipeline characteristics. This is because the discharge valve can be opened only when the pressure of the liquid in the pump cylinder is higher than that of the outlet pipe. Because of this, as long as the motor power is sufficient and the pump has good sealing performance, the pressure of reciprocating pump can meet the pressure demand of all kinds of pipe networks at low, middle and high pressure.
