(3) beneficiation plant technology improvements:
1) The large flotation machine of 20m2 was used in the mixed roughing operation, which improved the operating conditions, reduced the floor space and reduced the maintenance workload.
2) In the magnetic separation operation, the original design belt electromagnetic magnetic separator was replaced by a permanent magnet magnetic separator to improve the concentrate grade.
3) In order to recover the weak magnetic iron mineral siderite in the mixed ore, three SHP-2000 wet type strong magnetic separators were added, and a strong magnetic concentrate of about 43% grade was obtained, which improved the recovery rate of iron.
