(hereinafter referred to as the "Sales Company") aims to develop long-term strategic cooperation with international brands and develop commercial vehicle brake system business.
According to the agreement between the two parties, the technology company plans to invest a total of 175 million yuan and its registered capital of 70 million yuan. Among them, Dongfeng Technology invested 34,300,000 yuan, equivalent to 49% of the equity of the technology company; Knorr Asia-Pacific invested 35.7 million yuan, equivalent to 51% of the equity of the technology company. The sales company has a total investment of 14.25 million yuan and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Dongfeng Technology and Knorr-Asia Pacific have respectively invested 5.1 million yuan and 4.9 million yuan.
