The reporter learned from the Trade Relief Investigation and Import and Export Control Department of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce that the US Department of Commerce made the final review of the anti-dumping administrative review, Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd., Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd., Guizhou Tire Import & Export Co., Ltd. The dumping margin of four companies of Weihai Zhongwei Rubber Co., Ltd. was 11.34%, and the dumping margin of other tire companies was 105.31%.
If the US International Trade Commission determines in its final ruling that it later is "harmful" to similar products in the United States, it will impose a corresponding anti-dumping duty on Chinese tire imports based on the above-mentioned dumping margin.
Since the United States first imposed anti-dumping duties on Chinese tires in 2009, domestic tire companies, including Guizhou tires, have been subject to anti-dumping duties for many years. At present, the US Department of Commerce is still investigating whether there are dumping and subsidies for Chinese passenger cars and light truck tires.
It is reported that Guizhou Tire is one of the most important foreign trade enterprises in Guizhou Province. The US market is the largest overseas market for Guizhou tires, accounting for more than 50%.
