Eight application scenarios of gas detectors

    I. Oil & Gas

The oil and gas industry includes activities ranging from onshore and offshore exploration to the production of oil and gas to its transportation, storage and refining. The large amount of high-yield hydrocarbon gas involved is a serious explosion hazard. In addition, toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide also often exist.

    typical application:

    ·Exploration drilling platform

    ·Production platform

    · Onshore oil and gas terminals

    Refinery

    Typical gas:

    Yi ran: hydrocarbon gas

    Poisonous: hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide

    Second, semiconductor manufacturing

The manufacture of semiconductor materials includes the use of highly toxic substances and yir gas. Phosphorus, arsenic, boron and antimony are often used as additives. Hydrogen is not only used as a reactant, but it is also often used as a carrier gas for reducing air. Pickling and purge gases include NF3 and other perfluorinated compounds.

    typical application:

    ·Wafer reactor

    ·Wafer dryer

    ·Air chamber

    Chemical vapor deposition

    Typical gas:

Yi ran: hydrogen, isopropyl alcohol, methane

    Toxic: HCl, AsH3, BCl3, PH3, CO, HF, O3, H2Cl2Si, TEOS, C4F6, C5F8, GeH4, NH3, NO2 and Hypoxia

    Self-ignition: Silane

    Third, chemical equipment

Chemical plants may be one of the largest users of gas detection equipment. In their production process, they are usually used, or as a by-product, producing a wide variety of irritants and toxic gases.

    typical application:

    · Raw material storage

    ·Technology area

    ·laboratory

    · Pump column

    Compressor station

    Boot area / non-boot area

    Typical gas:

Yi ran : general hydrocarbon gas

Toxicity: Various gases, including hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen fluoride, and ammonia

    Fourth, power station

Traditionally, the main fuel for power stations is the use of coal and oil. In Europe and the United States, the fuel at most power stations has been converted to natural gas.

    typical application:

·Boiler tube operation and combustion furnace

·In and around the turbine package

    · Coal bunkers and conveyor belts in older coal/oil power stations

    Typical gas:

    Flammable: natural gas, hydrogen

Toxicity: Carbon monoxide, SOx, NOx anoxic

    V. Wastewater treatment equipment

Wastewater treatment plants are common in many cities and townships. Sewage will naturally emit methane and hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide gas, which smells like a rotten egg, can be detected by the nose even at as little as 0.1 ppm, and is therefore noticeable.

    typical application:

    ·cooker

    ·Installation sewage tank

    · Hydrogen Sulfide scrubber

    ·Pump

    Typical gas:

    Flammable: Methane, Solvent Steam

Toxicity: hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, Cl2, sulfur dioxide, ozone

    Six, boiler room

Boiler rooms come in many shapes and sizes. Smaller buildings can use single boilers, while larger buildings often use large boiler rooms with several large boilers.

    typical application:

·Yi ran gas leakage in the intake trunk

    • Leakage in the boiler and surrounding gas piping

    · Poorly maintained boilers emit carbon monoxide

    Typical gas:

    Yi ran: Methane

    Toxicity: carbon monoxide

    Seventh, hospital

The hospital may use a variety of different irritants and toxic substances, especially in its laboratories. In addition, many hospitals are large and use field equipment power and backup power stations.

    typical application:

    ·laboratory

    Cooling device

    ·Boiler Room

    Typical gas:

    Flammable: Methane, hydrogen

Toxicity: carbon monoxide, Cl2, ammonia, ethylene oxide and anoxic

    Eight, tunnel / parking lot

Vehicle tunnels and enclosed parking lots require monitoring of toxic gases in the exhaust gas. Modern tunnels and parking lots monitor ventilation fans through monitoring. In the tunnel also need to monitor the accumulation of natural gas.

    typical application:

    ·Vehicle tunnel

    · Subway and closed parking

    ·Import tunnel

    ·Air change operation

    Typical gas:

Flammable: methane (natural gas), LPG, LNG, gasoline steam

    Toxicity: carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide
