In response to European Union regulations, the requirements for noise, rolling resistance and wetland grip on tires exported to Europe have been raised since 2012. At the same time, in order to improve the performance of all-steel radial tires, the efficiency of new pattern tires has been improved, and new mold processing risks have been reduced. To ensure the success rate of pattern development, Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. processed a batch of glossy tire molds for engraving, and conducted optimization studies on noise, rolling resistance and wet grip.
R & D center steel design studio and tire research laboratory together form a research team, select a more representative 315/80R22.5 specifications tire design and processing smooth tire mold. The steel design room adopts advanced finite element analysis theory and CAD-aided design software to optimize the tire structure and contour; the tire laboratory adopts advanced CATIA three-dimensional auxiliary design software, static pressure distribution testing machine and noise testing machine for tire tread pattern.
