Installation of fire pumps and stabilizing pumps shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Construction and Acceptance Standards for Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
Fire pump and pump specifications, models should meet the design requirements, and should have product certification and installation instructions.
When the design is not required, the fire pump outlet pipe should be installed on the check valve and pressure gauge, and should be installed to check and test the water with a drain valve; fire pump pump group should be installed on the total discharge pipe pressure gauge and relief Valve; installation of pressure gauge should be set up buffer device. Stopcock should be installed between pressure gauge and buffer device; pressure gauge range should be 2 to 2.5 times the working pressure.
Suction pipe and its accessories should meet the following requirements:
1. The control valve on the suction pipe should be installed after the fire pump is fixed on the basis of its diameter should not be less than the diameter of the fire pump suction nozzle, and should not be used without a reliable locking device butterfly valve;
2. When the fire pump and fire pool is located on an independent basis and the two rigidly connected to each other, the suction pipe should be added flexible connecting pipe;
3. Suction pipe horizontal pipe should not have air bags and air leaks. Diameter reducer application of eccentric reducer, connecting the pipe should be kept straight top.
