High Speed Paper Plate Forming Machine is developed and designed as the requirement of market. It is pneumatic type automatic paper dish forming machine with owned unique illtellectual property right, which has functions as automatic paper feeding, forming, dish ejecting, temperature constant controlling, automatic counting, fast working speed, safe operation and easy maintenance, etc.
This machine have two working station, two molds installed in the machine, you can produce two sizes paper plates in the same time or let the two molds the same to get double speed. Air compressor is demonded in this machine to offer the air pressure.

Loader Hood Lock

Loader Door Lock installation procedure

1. The installation of the loader door lock and the installation of the Loader Hood lock should use the one-to-one installation manual designed by the original factory.

2. Special attention should be paid to the installation of the ball door lock. Only the end with insurance can be removed to install it, and the end with key can not be removed and installed.

3. Pay attention to the installation of the handle lock: if the left and right open are exchanged, the handle can not be lifted when opening the door, because the middle and high grade handle locks on the market have the function of left and right exchange, and do not need to consider the direction of the door when buying.

4. After the door lock installation, when the door is painted, the door lock must be removed, so as not to touch the paint on the exposed parts, because the paint is removed, it is bound to destroy the protective film of the lock.

5. During the construction period, in order to protect the door lock, it is not allowed to wrap the exposed parts of the lock with adhesive paper (including the United States paper), otherwise it will damage the protective film on the surface of the door lock after opening. 1. Do not add oil to the lock core. If the key is not flexible, it can be filled with some crumbs of pencil lead in the keyhole.

6. If the ball door lock is inadvertently rotated 90° in time, it will become a permanent insurance. At this time, it can only be opened with the key, and it can be restored by rotating the insurance counterclockwise 90°.

7, normal use, loader seat,such as dirt, can be used dry cloth (or add a little water) to remove, do not use detergent and other chemicals to scrub. Otherwise, damage to the exposed protective film, will cause fading.
