Check the bolts of the diesel generator and observe that there are no signs of wear on the surface. Carefully check the corners and threads of the bolts.
A detection tool can be used. The electromagnetic flaw detector detects whether or not the nut bolt is cracked.
Observe that the threads are arranged regularly, the alignment is not neat, but also check the length of the bolt is not within a reasonable range, if too long can not be used.
During the inspection of the generator set , any small details cannot be ignored, which will affect the safe use of the generator set.
