Properties and uses:

1. It can be used to separate the fine grains of micron size, to dehydrate the large articles, as well as to apart all kinds suspension that was difficult to separate. The grains are discharged manually and will not be broken at random.

Operating principle

1.  With the GMP Norm and the requirement of environmental protecting. Started up stable under frequency conversion control system, the motor drives the revolving drum through a transmission system to give the drum a fast and circumaxile revolve, thus a centrifugal force field is generated. The revolving speed of feeding, cleaning and solid-liquid separating can be adjusted in a certain speed range; under the effect of centrifugal force, the material is evenly distributed on the drum to take off the liquid, Drilling through the gap between the solid phase material and filter net, the liquid phase is thrown into the empty chamer of the shell through the drum wall hole, and then discharged while the solid phase remains in the drum.
