This type of internal sprayer saves production time and costs by helping tire manufacturers simplify the cleaning process for certain types of tires. Kentian has exhibited these three new products at the Tire Technology Exhibition held in Cologne, Germany from February 10th to 12th, 2015.

Mr. Butcher mentioned that another advantage of the tire manufacturer's use of the Kentian Siliconless Tire Inner Spray is that it avoids the use of chemicals used to remove the internal spray residue remaining on the cured tire, thereby significantly improving the plant environment. .
Kentian's ready-to-use silicone-free spray products enable tire manufacturers to easily extend the tire's personalized features, such as adding puncture-resistant sealants, sound-absorbing pads or electronic sensors. Previously, before adding such personalized features, it was necessary to wash off the silicon-containing spray that remained on the inside of the tire after vulcanization. The cleaning process was time-consuming and costly. Using a silicone-free spray, only a simple water wash is required to remove the residue from the inside of the cured tire, sometimes without the need for washing. This allows tire manufacturers to significantly reduce costs, increase production efficiency, and improve the factory environment.
The new silicone-free internal spray product line includes the following three types of products for the tire vulcanization process:
Powderless Tire Inner Spray: Used to spray inside the tire prior to the vulcanization step to provide excellent lubricity and vulcanization uniformity.
Powdered tire inner spray: Special formula to provide the best lubricity and exhaustability.
Persistence powder-free tire spray: Provides storage lubrication and mold release for the surface of the vulcanized capsule. One spray can release multiple unvulcanized tires.
Kentian provides the largest range of tire inner spray products for the tire industry and will continue to produce and supply products containing both silicon and silicon-free formulations.
