JLF-400-1(capacity:80-100kg/h) is suitable for small size factory or customers who newly start wire recycling. It has compact structure and takes small space, easy to move and operate. Only ONE operator is required to start and handle the whole system.

1.Crushing System: Crushing is the first step of whole recycling process of the granulator machine.There is 14pieces of moving blades inside the crusher, and it can cut small pieces of scrap copper wires to small pellet with size of 5-8mm(depends on raw material size).
2.Screen:The screen is inside vibrating separator, which help to separate copper pellet and other mixed materials. There are different size of the holes on it, customer can choose proper size according to size of raw material.
3.Blades: There are 12pieces moving blades inside.
4.Output copper pellet: Copper pellet out of vibrator will enter second small vibrator for second separating. With our granulator machine, customer can get almost 100%purity copper pellet.
5.Output plastic pellet: Plastic pellet will also get second separating with small vibrator to get high purity.  
6.Small vibrator: There are two small vibrators matched with the machine(for copper and plastic) for second separating.

Pre-treat Machines: 
1. Cable stripper: if customer deal with large size copper wires with multi-strand,it is better to separate its cores and then put them into granulator machine. 
2. Double shaft crusher: If the raw material is with large lenth, it will be helpful to cut them to smaller pieces before granulating. 
3.Single shaft crusher: It is also pre-treat machine for cutting cables to small pieces. 
4. Blade sharping machine: After long time operating, blades on the granulator machine need maintiance to get good sharpness. 
5. Megnatic conveyor: If there is a small part iron mixing inside the copper wire, we can add a magnatic conveyors to take out of the iron mixing of the copper pellet to get high purity. 
6. Belt conveyor: It is supplied to customer who required totally automatic copper wire feeding.

    Normally 10 hours per day. 
    We design precise but simple control system for the machine.
