On-site batching calculation and batching operation (1)

    Characteristics of on-site batching calculation: 1) The parameters used in the calculation have experience in production practice, 2) the calculation is simple, and no complicated mathematical calculation is required. The following on-site batching calculation is now carried out taking a factory condition as an example.
    First, the calculation steps of the ingredients before starting the machine :
    1) Find the fuel ratio.
    According to the fixed carbon C/ material of the sinter, the residual carbon C is returned , and the dry ratio Q of the fuel can be obtained by the following formula.

    The Q material refers to the number of kilograms of the actual sintered material in 100 kg of dry sinter, which should be equal to 100. However, for the convenience of calculation, the wet mix ratio of the mixed ore is fixed at 70% and the alkalinity is 1.0, so the actual sintering material (including mixed ore, limestone and fuel) per 100 kg of dry sinter is only 85 kg.
    2) Find the ratio of the various materials and the amount of various ingredients.
    Mixed ore: dry ratio = 70 (1-0.081) = 64.3 kg TFe = 64.3 × 60.87% = 39.14 kg SiO 2 = 64.3 × 9.54% = 6.13 kg CaO = 64.3 × 1.38% = 0.89 kg residual = 64.3 × (1 -0.39%) = 64.05 kg of fuel: dry ratio = 6.4 kg SiO 2 = 6.4 × 16.45% × 42.56% = 0.45 kg CaO = 6.4 × 16.45% × 14.1% = 0.15 kg residual = 6.4 × 16.45% = 1.05 kg 3 ) Find the effective CaO and ratio of limestone .
    Effective CaO=CaO-SiO 2 ×R (3)[next] for limestone

    Dry ratio = 13.25 × 75% = 9.94 kg wet ratio = 9.94 ÷ (1-2%) = 10.1 kg dry ratio = 13.25 × 25% = 3.31 kg wet ratio = 3.31 ÷ (1-2% ) = 3.37 kg limestone wet ratio = 10.1 + 3.37 = 13.47 kg of gray sand brought in:
    CaO=9.94×42.03%=4.18 kg SiO 2 =9.94×2.41%=0.24 kg Residual=9.94×(1-42.82%)=5.72 kg Brilliant by:
    CaO = 3.31 × 49.5% = 1.64 kg SiO 2 = 3.31 × 1.08% = 0.036 kg Residual = 3.31 × (1-42.23%) = 1.91 kg 4) Calculation of composition of sintered ore.
    The wet ratio of the sintered material = 70 + 6.8 + 10.1 + 3.37 = 90.27 kg dry ratio = 64.3 + 6.4 + 9.94 + 3.31 = 83.95 kg (the original design is 85% slightly different)
    TFe=39.14 kg SiO 2 =6.13+0.45+0.24+0.036=6.86 kg CaO=0.89+0.15+4.18+1.64=6.86 kg Residual=64.05+1.05+5.72+1.91=72.73 kg Composition of sinter:
    TFe=39.14÷72.73=53.82%
    SiO 2 =6.86÷72.73=9.43%
    CaO=6.86÷72.73=9.43%
