The survey found that young people's contract awareness is awakening. When asked what to do when encountering contract traps, more than half (51.8%) of youths will complain to consumer associations; 48.6% will deal with businesses; 40.4% will be exposed on the Internet; and 36.6% will refer to related administrations. Competent authorities complain; 34.3% of people will be exposed in the media; 24.5% will ask the arbitration department for arbitration; 22.6% will file a lawsuit in court. Only 13.6% of people said "tolerance".
