Two-component polyurethane foam machine mainly applies for two components the combined polyether and isocyanate, to convey the component by high-precision high-pressure piston pump, after flow detection, detecting signal to make closed-loop control to pump speed through the PLC feedback, thus to precisely control the flow, to achieve accurate measurement of traffic. The measured components will get into control loop through high and low conversion valve or get mixed into the mixing head. Equipment is assembled with a jacket of the working tank (volume optional), blade filter, plate heat exchanger, magnetic mixed coupling, meanwhile according to different configuration of equipment, to select the volume type flow meter or mass flow meter. The equipment has the advantages of adjustable proportion of foaming ratio online, real-time flow display, adjustable working pressure, real-time display control of material temperature, good mixing effect and stable foam quality.

Automatic mattress tape edge machine is mainly used for mattress tape sewing. The main advance is
sewing head need not moving, but the lifting machine can turn angles to sew mattress
of different thickness. It is equipped with Singer-300U chain sewing head and
microcomputer controlling system imported from America. When producing, the
conveyer can move forward, backward, turning 90 degrees or 180 degrees to sew the
whole mattress automatically.
Semi automatic mattress tape edge machine its working table is adopted high-strength independent bearing, stable
working condition, motor upper and down the height of worktable. The rotary power supply
is assembled in the machine. It is equipped with Singer-300U chain sewing head and
microcomputer controlling system imported from America. It may change walking carriage`s
turning speed automatically, which make mattress sewing operation more convenient, fast
and the finished turn-flange more beautiful.
