The Santashrink processing system consists primarily of a mesh belt pre-shrink dryer. The fabric is conveyed by the mesh belt to the dryer, and the hot air nozzle sprays hot air on the fabric passing along the mesh belt passage above and below the fabric to cause the fabric to move in a wave.
This intrinsic motion produces better residual shrinkage values. A mesh belt is also placed over the fabric to limit the vertical direction of the waves. The system can increase the residual shrinkage rate, giving the fabric a high-grade and soft hand feeling, making the fabric fluffy, the garment is not deformed and wear-resistant and tear-resistant.
