    I Amplification and advantages:
    GW42D automatic bending machine are reinforced bending equipments used in construction site which are researched and developed by our company. These models have the following advantages:
    Integral enclosed housing which assures the moment distribution is reasonable, no local deformation phenomenon; extra strong and aggravating housing assures increased strength. Gear shaft and main spindle are made of high quality carbon steel materials; the important parts are of high standards of heat treatment.The main spindle is supported with ball bearing of high bearing capacity, handy movement and long service life, parts and components under high load conditions also have long-term safe operation.Square steel and working plate is made of high quality carbon steel, pile head and pile tip using alloy steel with high hardness heat treatment ensures long-term reliable use.Brake motor, Adjustable square steel and Bolt type positioning disc Make disc self-return, Angle adjustment is convenient, and bending angle is accurate.
    After adding enough lubricating oil before using, there is no need to refuel the lubricating oil constantly in the spindle sliding sleeve like ordinary bending machine; it is convenient operation and maintenance.Bending mode is manual/automatic switching with brake motor.

    III Preparation before operating:
    3.1. Check
    (1). The outer packing is damaged or not, whether there are damaged parts that can affect the normal use
    (2). check if all nut, bolt and screw are reliable fastness.
    3.2. Installation
    (1). before install machine
    A choose smooth and strong ground, machine keeps horizontal position.
    B leave enough space to pile up raw materials.
    C leave enough space of convenient transportation finished site.
    D access power supply voltage must be in standard voltage + 10% range, and reliable grounding.
    (2). After moving machine to work site and accessing power supply, and then do the debugging.
    (3). put foot switch plug into the socket of the electric door.

    3.3. Lubrication
    Open the table top fuel cap, add No. CKC68 gear oil to two-thirds level of the oil window (or 10 kg).

    V. Debugging
    4.1. After finishing the above steps, connect the line supply. Perform pre-commissioning when the power light indicates the power is on.
       (1)Turn on the OPEN CIRCUIT, MOTOR FORWARD AND REVERSE BUTTON, the power would be connected.
       (2)Click the START button, the motor would spindle forward. If not, please pull the OPEN CIRCUIT, MOTOR FORWARD AND REVERSE BUTTON to the other side to change the motor spindle direction.
       (3)Pull the MANUAL/AUTO BUTTON to AUTO, insert the angle positioning pin into the holes in the working disc. Step on the foot paddle, the motor would start and working disc turn. When the angle positioning pin reaches the position of REVERSE POSITION SWITCH, the motor would reverse. If the motor do not reverse, please check the circuits and if the angle positioning pin touches the REVERSE POSITION SWITCH.
       (4)ANGLE TRANSFORMATION SWITCH can make two different angle alternative. For example, first turn the ANGLE POSITIONING PIN to 90 and bend the steel to 90 degrees, then turn the ANGLE TRANSFORMATION SWITCH. After that, step on the foot paddle, and the machine would bend 135 degrees.
       (5)Pull the MANUAL/AUTO BUTTON to MANUAL, press on the START, FORWARD button or MANUAL REVERSE button, the machine would work continuously. If just click the button, the machine would only work off and on.
    2. Load debugging
    (1). Choose the suitable center pile head, pile head and sleeve according to the size of steel. The positioning pile head, keep-off pile head and striker plate should be placed according to the bending direction.
    (2)For different size of steel, the bending radius is according to the diameter and tensile ultimate strength of steel.
    (3)Put the steel on the working disc, adjust the striker plate and make it appress the steel. Adjust the square bar and make it appress to the center pile head. For security, insert a keep-off pile head beside the square bar.
    (4)There should be at least two people cooperate to do the bending work for long bar.
    (5)The working radius area and non-pile head side of the machine should be no people.
    (6) Press the START FORWARD button, the working disc would turn and perform bending work. (For automatic bending machine, please do insert the ANGLE POSITIONING PIN, or the machine would work continuously and cause accident.)
    (7)When multifunction, stop the machine instantly and restart working after accident is cleared.
    (8)Non-straight steel are prohibited to bend by this machine to avoid accident.

    VI Maintenance
    1. Change the lubricating oil 3 months later after using the new machine. Change the oil every year thereafter. Oil changing should better happen during heat engine state.
    How to change oil:
    Twist off the oil drain screw which is under the quasi reducer. Discharge the waste oil and restart the engine to let out the residual waste oil. Then tighten the screw and fill in new gear oil.
    2. Choose the suitable pile head and sleeve according to the strength and diameter of bar. Small sized positioning pile head is prohibited to bend big diameter steel.
    3. Clean up the working disc every shift and daub lubricating grease. Oil filling and daubing are prohibited while the machine is working.
    4. Don't change the center pile head, keep-off pile head or striker plate.
    5. Daub anti-corrosive grease to the working disc and keep the machine in dry place for long term storage.

    V. Debugging
    4.1. After finishing the above steps, connect the line supply. Perform pre-commissioning when the power light indicates the power is on.

    Locking plates engage a keyway in a shaft or adapter sleeve and are attached to the side face of the nut by two bolts secured with locking wire. 

    A locking plate consists of a plate, two hexagonal head bolts with drilled heads and lock wire to secure them 

    Spacers are the small parts inserted in-between the two bearings of your skate wheel axles. They take care of the coherence between the two bearings, in order to optimize the matching and synchronization of their rotation. The bearings lean on them when tightened.
    The most common model is shown on the 3D diagram below (in blue): a floating collar spacer with an axle of 8 mm.
