Technical articles of industrial RFID application (7): Discuss several communication points of RFID in semiconductor industry

CK-S640-AP60S is a low-frequency RFID tag reader based on radio frequency identification technology . The reader's operating frequency is 134.2kHz . The card reader supports standard industrial semiconductor SECS protocol and Modbus RTU protocol , which is convenient for users to apply to semiconductor processing controller or PLC and other systems.

The device has three mode switch selectors ( SW1\SW2\SW3 ) , which is convenient for users to directly set the working frequency , working mode and device address. The reader has integrated the radio frequency part of the communication protocol. Users only need to send and receive data through the RS232/RS485 communication interface to complete the tag reading operation .



The device has three external knobs for setting the reader's working mode, SW1 has a total of 10 gears, and the knob is used to set the reader's working frequency and verification method.
