“Simply, continuous and closed equipment makes the energy consumption of recycled rubber production greatly reduced. The energy consumption per ton is 580 kWh, which is 31% lower than the 850 kWh required by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The energy saving effect is outstanding. Moreover, the implementation of intelligent remote centralized control The realization of the unmanned operation of multiple modules, the single-shift labor quota of the project was reduced to 6 people, compared with the industry average production capacity of 20 people per shift, a substantial reduction of 70%." Guo Suyan said.
Experts believe that this is the first continuous closed reclaimed rubber production line in China, which achieves uniform mixing and penetration and provides support for subsequent thermal chemical regeneration process equipment. Its original flexible adaptive spiral structure, in the production process, the spiral not only can scrape the rubber powder attached to the wall of the tube, but also can remove the rubber powder attached to the spiral through its own axial displacement, effectively solving the equipment. Technical problems in the industry such as adhesive, blockage, and agglomeration should be promoted as soon as possible.
