Wang Kejun believes that the development trend of domestic tractors in the future is: the power is shifted from mechanical shifting to power shifting and stepless speed change, and the emission is upgraded to the national three, the national four or even higher standards, and the control develops toward the intelligent direction. However, the formation of the tractor market will take time, and the development of rural reform and fine agricultural development will gradually open up the market.
    Affected by factors such as insufficient market demand and adjustment of agricultural policies, the growth rate of the domestic tractor industry has declined in recent years, but the high-power tractor market has performed well. In the first half of this year, the output of tractors in the 130-140 horsepower segment increased by more than 57%, and the output of tractors above 150 horsepower also showed a large increase. With the development of modern agriculture, the demand for operations such as deep ploughing, deep loosening, and straw returning to the field is growing, and domestic tractors will have more room for development. However, the power shift tractor is about 100,000 yuan higher than the same type of ordinary tractor, which affects farmers' willingness to purchase.
