First, the correct installation

After the machine is placed in the workshop, it needs to be fully grounded. Second, regularly add oil and butter

Third, keep the machine clean

Every day before work, employees need to wipe the surface of the wire forming machine clean. If it is not clean for a long time, the accumulated oil will have the possibility of changing the circuit parameters, and the long-term erosion of dust will cause the surface of the machine table to deteriorate and affect the appearance.

Fourth, normal operation use

Special attention should be paid to not producing products that exceed the wire diameter range as much as possible to avoid reducing the accuracy of the equipment. The machine table needs to be placed in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture from rusting or damaging the circuit.

The timely maintenance of the machine can not only maintain the accuracy and stability of the wire forming machine, extend the service life, but also reduce the repair rate of the machine.
