At present, the quality inspection department has stopped accepting production license applications for these 33 kinds of food additives. The AQSIQ and the Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision will withdraw and cancel all approved production licenses for food additive manufacturers before December 20; at the same time, AQSIQ requires quality and technical supervision departments at all levels to increase supervision. Law enforcement, strengthen the supervision and inspection of relevant production companies, investigate and deal with illegal production activities.
