Through the overall consideration of the development strength, minimum risk and maximum return, the plant formulated a thorough and feasible development plan. The appearance of the product is simple, unique, sophisticated production, the use of advanced secondary lock technology, completely eliminate the phenomenon of terminal drop, and use the United States imports of durable materials, quality and reliability, has reached the level of technology in the same industry abroad, in the domestic leading position .
At present, the plant has successfully developed 132 kinds of connectors, such as 2-hole, 3-hole, 6-hole, 8-hole and 18-hole, and applied for 6 technical patents. Through the addition of interchangeable inserts to the mold remodeling, a variety of positioning anti-insertion and mis-insertion modes of the sheath were achieved, breaking the previous concept of relying solely on the external shape to differentiate the sheaths.
