The parts workshop of FAW Jiefang Transmission Parts Co., Ltd. is responsible for the production and processing of more than 200 kinds of gearbox parts. This workshop is an important production position for heavy-duty box parts of FAW Liberation Gearbox. With the continuous increase in the production of heavy-duty transmissions, the workshop's production capacity has been severely challenged.
With the gradual arrival of the second-phase investment-related equipment, the workshop of the FAW Liberation Transmission Co., Ltd. took advantage of this opportunity to increase production capacity, actively organize, re-adjust the production layout, transform the production line, and achieved phased results.
The workshop first carried out a major transformation on the production line of disc parts with high production pressure. The splined gear production line produced mixed products of CA10TA, CA12TA transmission sub-box input gears and other six kinds of components. Frequent replacements and complex on-site logistics add a lot of work and prolong work hours.
The workshop diverts the products processed by the spline hole gear line, and the CA10TA and CA12TA transmission sub-tanks input gears have two types of parts. Due to the complicated process and the difficulty in processing, it adopts diversion and independent production and avoids mixed flow production with other varieties. It is affected.
In order to ensure the correctness of production and transformation, FAW Liberation Gearbox Workshop develops a detailed operation plan for equipment relocation and installation and debugging every day, implements every detail, and organizes maintenance and commissioning personnel to follow up at any time during the entry of new aircraft. One station was installed, one station was commissioned, and one station was produced. Nearly twenty new equipments were put into use in less than a week.
In the layout adjustment of the original equipment of the spline hole gear line, the same day the relocation was in place, the day was commissioned and installed, and the production was put into production on the same day. After six shifts were completed with only one shift, the transformation was completed with high efficiency, and the upgrade was completed. The production capacity is about 30%.
