Unsuitable installation location
Firstly, avoid installing in places with high environmental impact, such as places with high wind flow rate such as passages, places with water mist or dripping water, places near the stove that are easily polluted by oil smoke, steam, etc. or high temperature environment (such as directly above the stove). Or a place that is obscured by other objects (such as inside a cabinet).
Installation distance
Installed on an indoor wall that is within 4 meters of the gas appliance or gas source and 2 meters away. And according to the type of gas detected, select the upper and lower positions of the installation:
Liquefied petroleum gas: within 0.3 meters from the ground.
Artificial gas, natural gas: within 0.3 meters from the ceiling.
Correct installation method
1. At the selected wall position, make the punching mark corresponding to the two mounting holes on the random mounting plate (the hook on the board should be horizontally upward).
Second, lay the mounting holes, put the rubber plugs in random, and then fix the mounting plate to the wall with random self-tapping screws.
3. Align the three holes on the back of the machine with the fixing hooks on the mounting plate and hang the body.
4. Connect the relevant output signal line and turn on the power.
Learn to check the status of work
Normal monitoring status: power on preheating, green light is steady after 3 minutes, indicating that the alarm is working normally in the monitoring state.
During the preheating process, the alarm red, yellow and green three-color lights flash, and it is normal to disappear before the green light is on.
Self-test status: Press the “Self-test†button, the three-color light flashes, and the alarm sounds “beep...beep...†until the green light is on, and the alarm starts to work stably.
On-site alarm status: When the alarm detects that there is gas, it will flash red. When the gas concentration reaches the alarm point, the alarm will emit a “beep...beep...†intermittent squeaking, and the red indicator will flash to remind the user to do so as soon as possible. On-site processing.
Alarm emergency treatment
Do not turn on the light or turn on any electrical switch when the detector is alarmed by gas leakage and use the automatic cut-off device; immediately open the window for ventilation, and wait for the red alarm indicator of the detector to go out, find the cause of the gas leak (cannot When confirming the cause, you should contact the relevant gas company for processing) and eliminate it.
Confirm that the detector does not continue to alarm (the gas does not continue to leak), press the manual switch to turn on the automatic cut-off device to recover the gas.
The use of gas leak alarms greatly reduces the probability of major accidents due to gas leaks in locations where gas appliances are used.
