Flue Gas Desulphurization Project of No.1-4 Boiler of Qilu Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant passed the provincial environmental protection acceptance

    On March 22, after careful inspection by the expert acceptance group organized by the Environmental Protection Department of Shandong Province, the flue gas desulphurization project of No. 1-4 boiler of Qilu Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant passed the acceptance of the Environmental Protection Department of Shandong Province.

    Qilu Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant was built in March 1985 and is a 300,000-ton ethylene supporting project in Qilu, located in the Qilu Petrochemical Ethylene New Area. Qilu Petrochemical Company has always attached great importance to environmental protection work and regards environmental protection as the basis for the survival and development of enterprises. In order to effectively protect the environment, in February 2008, Qilu Company commissioned the Environmental Protection Research and Design Institute of Shandong Province to carry out the environmental impact assessment of flue gas desulphurization projects for No. 1 to No. 4 boilers of thermal power plants; in October 2008, the Institute completed the environmental impact report of the project. Table; On January 7, 2009, the former Environmental Protection Bureau of Shandong Province gave an official reply to the environmental impact report of the boiler flue gas desulfurization project No. 1 to No. 4 of the thermal power plant. The project started in January 2009, and was handed over to the project in September 2009. On September 16, 2009, the Zibo City Environmental Protection Bureau issued a document agreeing to the trial production of the project. The total investment for the project design is 162.89 million yuan. The project consists of two parts, one part is the addition of ammonia desulphurization and the supporting drying and packaging equipment for the by-product ammonium sulfate; the other part is to retain the existing three-electric field electrostatic dust removal The electric field retains only the chamber walls and is converted into a bag filter. After the electrostatic precipitator, a bag filter is added. This project is a technical transformation of environmental protection facilities and can effectively improve the regional air quality. At present, environmental protection facilities are operating normally. According to the calculation of dust and dust emissions from the inlet and outlet of the dust collector, the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter of the No. 1 and No. 2 boilers is 99.89%; the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter of No. 3 and No. 4 boilers is 99.87%, which basically meets the requirement of dust removal efficiency of 99.9% during the approval. .
